Hi there, just recently my cd/dvd rom drive has stopped working along with my external dvd writer. Because they both went at the same time i beleiv eit is something to do with my compuert. When i open up disc manager it says, "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)" So after carrying out the troubleshoot, uninstalling the driver, updating driver, etc... Still doesnt work. What do i do???
