Samsung LN40A550 swivel stand?

    I just bought the Samsung LN40A550 and I was wondering if anyone else had this problem The manual says the stand swivels, yet I can't seem to turn mine. If it turns it's very tight and I didn't want to force it. Does anyone else have this issue?

    I don't really need it to swivel, but I want to be certain the set isn't damaged as well. Thanks.

    The stand is stationary, but the TV should turn (swivel) about 1 foot in each direction.

    Thanks. I got it to turn. It was just more difficult to swivel than I expected. I love this tv so far!
