The 3gp video plays perfectly but there is no sound. I went through the menu and the Audio tab has two selections one which is highlighted is Disabled and the other is Japanese and i can switch it to Japanese but still nothing happens. I also went to advanced audio settings in the Prefences tab but cannot figure it out after playing with the different selections for over four hours. Does anybody know what i can do to get the sound to play? Thanks
Drag the file onto 'MediaInfo' and find out which audio codec it needs. This example says it uses the 'AMR-NB' codec (whatever that is). Either search for this codec (or a player) or use the 'go to the website button'. I went to the link that it offered and found 'QuickTime' - I also know that I have a player called 'Real Alternative' that can be used instead.
