I am trying to rip music from a PS2 game disc but the audio is in ADPCM format and when I play the file the audio sounds scratchy jumbled and too fast. It does not improve in quality when I convert it. You can hear a sample of it here

Is there any way to make the audio sound right or any programs that can directly rip ADPCM audio. I am not particularly well knowledgable about different audio formats so I am sorry for my ignorance.

PS the program I am using is cube media player.

I am no expert on ADPCM. I would check out poweramp converter. If any app can do it that one can.

You might have to use an audio capture program.
