first edit out your serial numbers from the top of your post firmware is old, 3.20 is latest get new firmware here http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...en&cc=us&dlc=en&product=241023&os=228&lang=en give that a try and post back peace
it gives me the error "this hp firmware upgrade utility requires that your original cd-writer or dvd writer software be installed. Please reinstall cd or dvd writer software, and make sure HP RecordNow (or HP MyCD) has been successfully installed." what do i do now?
