Starview Update

    Hi all, just joined the site it is fantastic, I hope I'm in the right area of the forum, I have a starview box, which has 25 ventilation vents which I heard tells people what model it is, it has decided to stop working so I thought it might need updating, I understand I need a rs 232 cable, but I dont know what software to download, any help please?

    Thanks for the link, how do I know if I have a starview box or 'the box' as my manual says 'the box'?
