channel 4 and sky 1 and sky 2 not working

    Hi
    I have starview The Box and all of a suden these chanels have stopprd working.
    I have everything else working ok.
    I have ntl (dublin, lucan)
    will i have to reload software?

    Delete the 3 channels & do a manual scan on 347.500 khz & you`ll get them back.
