I got this samsung HDTV and i dont know what has happend to it. There is no video just random colours but the audio on it is perfect its very weird. Please can you help me im not sure what to do. Heres a picture of what it looks like.
Hmm, there appears to be a huge crack in the screen. My guess is that's your problem. Throw the Wii remote at it?
yes a huge crack in the screen could spell out your problem....get a replacement screen, i warranty might not cover this though..... -tripplite
ye the crack is not actually outside of the screen its inside so you cant feeel that its a crack and if you touch it the lines go white. I dont know whats wrond its very weird.
from what i understand its isn't the screen guard thats broken... but the actual screen has a crack in it?? well you need a replacemnet screen, the issues you are having is due to the fact your screen cant project because theres a HUGE crack in it!!!! whats your exact model? size of tv? dimensions ? -tripplite

Good grief! My guess is that if he looks in the mirror, there is a possiblilty of seeing a crack in his head that matches the crack in the screen.
I'm not even sure what to say about this thread, "shakes head", But yes the T.V. was defentily hit by something.
