This issue is killing me... its happens randomly, and now things are getting worse, i cannot uninstall service packs and things like that.

I already completed many extensive virus/spyware/malware scans and so far nothing. I also ran sfc/ scannow, and did basic maintenance and removed all unneccessary programs from my computer that i didnt need.

I am on my last leg and dont want to reformat.. Someone help. Thx
