installing bt total broadband to my laptop with windows vista

hi i am trying to install bt total broadband to my new compaq laptop with windows vista it is coming up limited connectivity and unsuccessful thats with wireless tried to install cd went so far and stopped loading bt says hubs fine any ideas

 

make sure you are putting the WEP key in correctly, it is case sensitive aswell. When i first set up my wireless i had the same problem.

Maybe that has something to do with it. You might have to contact the vendor.
