I build my first computer but have a problen loading windows?

    I build this computer and everything works fine i install windows xp pro but when i turn my pc on i get this menu with a black screen and i have to press f1 for windows to load it wont load by it self how can i make it load when i turn the pc on without showing that menu? http://img394.imageshack.us/my.php?image=0704082314ss0.jpg

    if don't have a floppy drive then disable the floppy controller in the bios. read the motherboard manual. if have a floppy drive then floppy cable not seated right so re-seat it.
