how great are macs

just bored so thought i'd do this:
how great are macs/mac os x, isn't it soo much better then that lil sh*tty vista and microsoft the programmers don't know what they are doing i am yet to see something go wrong on a apple WWDC but look at microsoft:O :



being fair microsoft did do apple 2 programs and kernel as woz's was not floating point or something

 

Macs r too expensive.

 

no there not:s right think of everything u get on a mac, keyboard monitor mouse webcam speakers wifi bluetooth and free music software (garage band) on windows you either get a 30 day trail or buy one free photo editing software once again u need to buy and macs are much more powerful and have less problems as windows as apple control all components and drivers so"everything just works"

 

Overpriced hardware for the performance backed up with a proprietary take on a free operating system and free software. You pay for things that are available better quality for free....

They have show off value, no more.. as pc's they aren't anything that $500 less will outstrip every time for performance and choice. Lots of bling and hype.. not much real substance.

and with OpenBSD or linux all the same applications are readily available totally free.. and "it just works"?? eh.. not my experience of leopard I'm afraid..

 

macs are way expensive, look at the software prices for them, too. only get a mac if you're going to use it for music making or movie making. that's when it'll pay off.

IF i got sick of windows, i'd switch over to linux. at least i can still use my old hardware, and not fork over another $1800 for a system.
