Which is the software that can best convert MKV to Divx/Xvid?

I tried Ojosoft Mkv converter but there is error for audio converting.

The free version of 'Any Video Converter' does a fair job.

The MKV is dual Audio.

I wished to have a software that can covert to the two audio into Xvid/DIVX left and right audio.


By the way, i used that software and i found that there is some crackling sound for the audio after converting the movie.
