Hi everyone, I have a PS2 with a mod chip installed and I can play PS2 backup cds/dvd's on my console. But Ive never been able to play PS1 games on it although my PS2 manual clearly says that it can play PS1 games.
I recently downloaded a collection of NES Roms which were burned into a PSX cdISO which works on everyones PS2 but not mine. I burned it at 8x correctly so thats not an issue.
Please help...Also can someone inform me if theres an emulator to play NES Roms on the PS2? This was an emulator for PS1 I downloaded, but it works on everyones PS2.
np, i know there are some chips that require you to hold reset or something, then it goes into psx mode. You'll have to figure out what chip you have and do a search on it.
