When I play my SVCD, sometimes appears Itty bitty squares in some parts of the scenes, How can I resolve that??

Encoding or decoding problems -- more likely encoding problems. Normally these "MPEG blocks" appear in scenes with lots of action when MPEG-2 encoding can't have enough data for that specific frame and that causes the artifacts. This also happens if you watch digital TV that has really low bitrate -- in Europe, news channel called EuroNews has these awful artifacts in almost all countries it is distributed to and that is because of low bitrate in MPEG-2 encoding.

If you have encoded the video, I recommend using VBR technology for encoding -- encoding the movie takes longer time, but then the encoder can determine which secenes require the most bitrate and which frames can do nicely with lower amount of data. This is true with all video formats that allow variable bitrate encoding -- including DVD (MPEG-2), DivX (MPEG-4) and SVCD (MPEG-2).

I'm going to try VBR encoding.
