    Hi,

I am on a network using Windows Server 2003.

for the past week, every user that we have been creating in active directory, is hidden. the only way to view them is to click on advanced features in the view menu.

i created them the first day, they were visible, but the next day they are hidden and the checkbox to hide their address from the global address list is ticked.

At first i thought it was only my machine causing the issue but i have found a few others on my team having the same problem.
i also thought it was a replication issue but its been over a week now and they are still hidden.
i first cloned an id with a terminated user and thought this was the problem but i tried with a normal account and the same thing happened.

Its not a major problem, if i search for their ID's i can still see them, but it gets frustratiing to have to go into advanced features to view these users and having to untick the hidden from global address list option everytime i create an account.

Does anyone have any idea on how i can fix this and prevent it from happening in future?

    Thanks in advance.
