scan doesn't work

    i flashed my sagem box with the Sportster Pro 1.10 rc012 1xFlash image. i got it off the sportster site so it was in german. when i try to do scan, it has some wierd cable providers to scan from and they all failed. i'd ask this on the sportster site, but everyone there speaks german, does anyone know what i can do to fix this?

    You have to flash a UK modded image.
