Hello guys,,,let's cut to the chase alright??? I recently purchased a Creative Zen W 30gb which worked quite impecably....until one day after a full charge, it power-up noormally until after the "ZEN" screen i get this notice saying "firmware problem".... So no panick here...i simply followed this simple rules: " 1.Disconnect the ZVW from the computer. 2. Turn off the ZVW. 3. Remove the battery. 4. Move and hold the power button to the power on position while re-inserting the battery. 5. Hold the Power button until the Recovery Mode menu appears. 6. Select the Format option from the menu. 7. When the format is completed, select Cleanup from the menu of options. 8. Then Restart the ZVW and see if it boots up normally." But it still boots to that same ol' error screen..... I'm freaking out here guys..........looking at this thing, it's pretty much new and very well taken cared of. I appreciate it in advance..
