    Hi All
yesterday ntl was down in the area. it came back today and my box is showing no signal. I have been around the forum and tried all the suggestions, to no avail. First I checked the 'ware' 4.50e_E and then i did a full factory reset and scannedas instructed and nothing. Can anybody help!

Make sure your coaxial cable is in cable input at the back of the b0x.

Remove the cable from the b0x & put it in the TV & see if you are getting any channels.

No signal generally means just that. Have you got a subbed working box?

they meant a cable co. box, also to check what box u have read the label on front of unit.i would double check u have coaxial going to cable input as a lot of people plug in into wrong socket.have u scanned your provider and not other provider?

    Go to menu > 1570
Go into nagravision, & make sure your provider ID is 54 01, if not then change it to this, exit out & do an autoscan.

Double check your scart is in the TV slot at the back of the b0x, & pushed in fully.

If you have an n*l digital b0x in the house, check & see if there are any (digital) channels coming in, if not then its a cc problem.
