Hi, everyone. I hope I'm posting this question in the correct forum. I had a question regarding my DVD CAM. It's a Hitachi DZ-GX5020A. After I finalize the disc, I put it in my computer and the only file available in the E drive is .Sys-Reserved-RW-Bitmap.GROW. There used to be two other folders that showed up besides that and I don't know why they're no longer available. Would any of you know anything about this? I recorded a lot of footage on the disc and there aren't any video files available to copy and edit. Again, I apologize if this was posted in the wrong forum, I have lots to learn about cameras, computers, etc. Thanks

If you don't have a Video_TS file on that miniDVD, you may have a problem. It may be a permission thing.

Will the miniDVD play, in your camcorder?
