Eurovox tv guide all over the place

hi lads,

im living in Ireland, and ever since the i go the latest software upgrade a few weeks back on my eurovox, the tv guide, and timer is terrible, the guide does be out by hours, and sometimes not even showing, when i change the time in the settings, it just goes back to the wrong time

does anybody know how to fix this problem?

any help would be great

1. Set time using GMT.
2. Go to installation, user installation.
3. Press red button to preform an autoscan.
4. When autoscan completes, IMMEDIATELY go to time settings again.
5. Make sure time is still correct.
6. Turn GMT off.
7. Press blue button to save and exit.

OR

Unplug the EV for a few seconds, then plug it back in. Immediately go to time settings, set time using GMT. When time is correct turn GMT off and press blue button to save and exit. If you are quick enough this will also work.

DO NOT UNPLUG THE EV as it will default an hour behind and you will have to do it each time you plug it back in , leave it on STAND-BY

 

i unplug it evry night, thats probably the problem, thanks alot

its still an hour out, but i can live with that, thanks alot

 

i was given a euro vox it is silver don't know anything about them. when i plugged it in (on single) keeps coming up, can anyone help. thanking you
