Hi all, I have a small problem that I am trying to sort. I have a starview box that I am trying to connect to a dvd recorder so that I can record from the starview to the dvd recorder. At the moment I can play a dvd in the recorder but cant seem to record from the starview. I have just connected the dvd recorder to the starview via a scart. Any help would be great and thanks in advance.
hi there,have you put dvd scart in the dvd/video scart on starview as it wont work in the tv scart on starview box
Hi there, thanks for you reply. What I have done is put one end of the scart into the dvd and the other end of the scart into the top one of the starview which says vcr. Do I need to do anything else. At this moment it will play a dvd but how do I tune in the channels so that I can record from the starview or do I need more cables. Thanks a mil
you need to tune dvd now to the starview,,by dvd settings on manual tune...or by scart it should be a av2 or av1 on dvd..
Thanks for that but this is where I seem to be having problems. My dvd and starview both seem to be working off the same station so when I do a manual scan not much is happening. Help
did you sort out how to record off starview if so could you please post the connections on how to do same thanks
