Streaming media from computer to computer

    Well that's my question..
    I have my "regular" computer where I have all my movies & music.
    Then I woulld want to stream them to my htpc over the network.

    Any suggestions on software would be nice!

    I'm running Media Center 2005 on the htpc at the moment and Vista Ultimate on the other..

    pc to pc, Just setup a shared folder (the one with all your movies in it).

    In windows explorer, go to the folder you would like to share, right click> properties, and select the sharing tab at the top. Set it up like you want, and the other computer should be able to read that folder.

    you might have to reboot.
