Im on Vista home premium and am wondering if its possible to keep my internet connection when i put my laptop in sleep mode. I download things overnight and want to save as much use on my laptop as possible.
not possible. sleep mode temporarily shuts down everything in order to save battery life. if you download overnight, plug in the charger, remove the battery, and turn down the brightness to the minimum.
if im leaving it connected to the charger the majority of the time anyway should i just take the battery out?
