My xbox is modded with a 320-gig harddrive, and I was unaware that my roomate was filling it up with videos. He filled it all the way up until it had barely 10 gigs left, and when I went to play one of my games that I had backed up to my harddisk, all of them were gone! The memory is still filled up, and all the gamesaves are there, but the file explorer shows that not only are all of my games gone, but my emulators are gone as well! Can anyone give me some solution, or am I going to have to format away all my hard work and start over?
Sounds like the drive wasn't formatted with 32k clusters (any drive over 250GB has to be formatted with 32k clusters or corruption/data loss occurs with data stored over the 250GB mark).
