Will this card (Hauppauge WinTv-PVR 150 MCE PVR White Box) work for converting PAL VHS to NTSC DVD

    I am planning to buy this pci capture card to use to convert VHS PAL cassettes into NTSC DVD. I just need to know if i can use my analog (yellow, red, white cables) through my PAL VHS player to transfer these cassettes into the pc as AVI files which i can convert into DVD. Will this card support PAL? If not than is there a better card that will allow me to record pal cassettes?

    is there any USB card that is as good as PCI??
