Not sure if this helps you out but I always replace those with a couple of pennies wrapped in either electrical tape or aluminum tape and then hotglue them to the chips also know as the penny trick. Once I fasten down the motherboard to the the chassis they stay put.

You could probably use this and just cut it to be the same size but use 4 or five pieces to achieve the same thickness as the stuff MS uses.
