So ive had a nokia dbox 2 for about 2 years, works fine. I live with my dad, and have the dbox up in my room, and have never told him about it, as he probably wouldn't approve. Anyway, he decided there to get Chorus digital TV installed as he bought a new flat screen TV for the living room. The Chorus guy was just around and installed a digital box downstairs and one in my room as well (i made sure to hide the dbox while he was here). So my question is, now that there's a digital box in my room, would it make it any more likely that they could detect the dbox, if the chorus box and dbox were both connected up to the tv? Or if i disconnected the chorus box (as its on a pretty basic package) and kept going with just the dbox, would they notice that i wasnt using the chorus box? Im sure its highly unlikely this will change anything, but i thought id check with the experts on here just in case. Cheers
How did you hide the box for two years No they wont know as there is no talkback. If you always had Ch**us you will be fine if not you will have to do a service scan with Irish services cable.xml. Try the Dbox first and see how it works out first.
