Hello there my starview box is only finding 101 channels, no idea why, its got 400ee software on it and the channels that are coming up work fine, any one got any ideas how to sort this out. and when i try to take it to firmware 257 or anythink lower then 400 4 lights just flash in a row, any help will be much appricieated. thanks
starview 1 if it has vers 4 leave it on it,factory reset,0000 to delete,english ,power off box min/on and continue on and autoscan ur provider,emu to on,also make sure coaxial is straight from wall to box.as starviews can be lazy u might have to do it a number of times

even so it would go into update loop if cryptstar was not on box and channels working suggest lazy scan?
il try that problem is that whenever i search it always finds exactly the same channels. tried on offing it several of times, but still no joy.
before the crypstar patch the boxes were going into auto update loop because of bogus code and the patch when installed dumped thebogus key out and auto updated once and fixed problem
Even more confused, before the patch the ROMs were changed by the CC thats all. Or is that what you mean
