How do I restore lost phone numbers and files?

    Hey!

    I wanted to ask if anyone know how to restore lost phone numbers and files because my mobile got lost in a park and someone found and deleted everything... I'm in Pakistan so I have videos and pictures and phone numbers from here... My phone is a Sony Ericsson W810i.

    Plzz help me!

    i dont think you can recover them unless you sync your phone to pc
