I backed up my copy of call of duty..but on the first campaing the game crashes in the same spot...is there a problem with my back up?..or just hardware problems or what?....i have a fast pc with ati radeon 9500 and 768 MB of memory...so I dont think it is my pc..anyone?
Has yet happened to me but to a friend of mine and I don't recall the fix m8. If using WinXP be sure WinXP SP1 is installed, latest DirectX& video graphic card drivers. Try changing the screen resolution and if all else fails then read the image of COD and then "mount" using Daemon Tools and play from a "virtual stealth drive" or use Alcohol 120 virtual stealth drive (if applicable). If this won't work then uninstall and remove the game from the registry, reboot, re-install. Shoey
