HELP! Recently, at times when I try to rip my cd to my hard drive, the computer immediately reboots itself, and then I get a message that reads "your computer has experienced a severe error (or something similar to that). If I put the cd in the drive first, and then click on rip, it usually works ok. This only affects my cds. I have no trouble backing up my dvds. I have updated all software and firmwares; cleaned the lens as well; and cleaned the computer by defragmenting and checking on viruses, or anything that might be on the computer that might cause this. The drives are reading in working condition. Please advise.
