arnett kryptview 'freezing'

    im in dublin, on n*L, got a arnett kryptview box, lately it has been 'freezing', losing picture and going to grey screen, and the display on the box showing only the number 1 or 8, with the only way to reset being to un-plug the power,but that only lasts til next time,........
    can anyone help got any suggestions???
