Picking a new phone... any suggestions?

So here it is..
Im on a WICKED WICKED corprate plan threw bell
and im on a contract.. by obvious reasons
but i really want a new phone i can do stuff with
pictures...e-mails..movies? i could care less for music but Wifi would be great, and maybe even GPS (Garmins Navteq or Tomtoms TeleAtlus)

so i need one that i can either unlock to work with CDMA-1X, or alrady currently does work with that
any idea on what phone is good out there?
i mean talking to anyone at future shop, or a best buy is useless becasue they don't know whats really out there
i don't care if i gotta import it from japan or finland...i just want somehthing that is unique, and will work without rasing my monthly plan..if thats even possible.

i got a motorola KRZR k1m...and it sucks..altho it was a leap in time compaired to my katana.. haahaa

anyways, any suggestions would me much appreciated(sp)
