the box super- urgent help needed

    hi all
    i have purchased a new starview box super to replace my old starview 1 box. however even tho i hav put the box super software on my new decoder it wont tune in any stations and keeps sayin 0 programs found

    i thought maybe this was something to do with my ntl so i retuned my starview 1 and all channels were found so i am really puzzled as to what the problem is

    any help much appreciated

    its not letting me go to any channels its just sayin 0 channels found and is going back to the language screen
