Nero created a bad file. I would try your compilation again with DVD Flick to see if it chokes on the same VOB. If it does then your source .avi may be corrupt. Use quality media such as Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden and stay away from the Memorex's. If you want to try those discs again I would start burning at 8X and no slower and definately not over 12X.
