the box super displays dl and doesnt respond help plz

i flashed it completely with 7.05 and 8.00e download complete but it says dl and stops there with a blank screen. can u help me plz

 

v6.01 is the download you require, try reflashing with that!

 

I have already advised him elsewhere ;-)

cacti, I already went through it with him already mate, he bought the box from a known clone seller, I advised him to reflash, try a bad flash, check cables etc and if it didnt work send it back

 

Mick, he is still running all over the gaff, and doesnt acknowledge any advice given!

the only reason i asked was similar problem flashing a sv3 on another site and when asked what label on front he replied box-t and as he ordered it thought it was,yes i see doorstops down to 55 now lol

sorry guys didnt mean to annoy u. by the way i used 6.01 firmware for the box super to sort out the dl problem but the flash reached 100% on computer and showed flash burning... and on the box it said flu..ur and then it said flash update failed and i got really annoyed. do i have to try again and again. by the way the box is called the box super red on front 100 percent genius 24/7 on top remote original scart also. so i don t think it s a clone and oh i bought it for 72 quid from cableandsat and i can t send it back as i put software on it which is 8.00 and then it said dl . before i flashed it was ok with menu installation and everything now nothing comes just that bloody dl on front display.

even try 6.00 as it's older and might work, or try 7.05. one has to work.

 

The box is knackered, he is on various forums asking the same thing and being told the same thing, send it back to the supplier and ask for a replacement

 

you seen it to ,lol,yes send it back,they say they are geniune,cough cough,dealer,and genuine ones can be updated,so faulty box.

 

it s *bleep* now this stupid box . it shuts my laptop down when flashing. i tried all of the firmware none worked . it s a clecerly made clone box stupid *bleep* and they sold it to me. i have onething to try now is to take it to a rail way and watched it crushed as i have lost my warranty for changing software.

How have you lost you warranty for changing firmware, people change firmware all the time, if they have sold you a broken box, then they need to change it for you, did the offer warranty? Did the stipulate that if you changed the firmware this would invalidate your warranty? Cause if they did then its deffo a clone box and will be bricked when you load genuine firmware.
