Hi Jane, is your cable feed still connected at the back?

Error channel not available usually suggests it has no cable connection or a dead tuner. Sometimes this can be resolved by a simple restart, others you may have to load some new software.

Have you flashed the box before?, what image is on it just now?

Flashing a box is really easy to do if you know how, you may find it a bit difficult to start with.

download the toolbar in my signature, you will be able to download software for your box from there.

You will need 2x image and IFA. If i were you i would try a channel scan to see if your box is picking up transponders.

    Heres how...

    1. Press "Dbox" on your remote
    2. Select "services" from the menu
    3. Select "Service Scan" (3rd down) from the menu
    4. "Scan for Services" should be set to "TV & Radio"
    5. "Bouquet" should be set to "Leave existing" press ok to scroll through
    6. "Cable provider" should be set to Sym6887 for N*L or Sym 6952 for TellyPest
    7. "Fast Scan" should be set to off
    8. Select "Start Scan"

This is a long scan, i dont know if you have fast scan enabled or not so to save confusion stick to those steps. Mines picks up 303 transponders.

    Cheers
