    Hello all,
Not sure if this is the right place to post this query (or whether help will be available).

I recently purchased a continous ink system for my Epson R300 printer, and installed it as per the instructions, printed nozzle test directly from the printer and it printed fine. But I cannot get the printer to print anything from the computer, I just get a 'document failed to print' error. The epson status monitor does not show any ink levels for the cartridges but I don't get a 'cartridge not recognised' error or anything like that. I have removed the cartridges and blown on the chips, i have reseated them to make sure they are in properly. I have restarted the printer several times, reinstalled the printer drivers, installed the SSC Service utility (device not detected when I use that). So was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions as to what I can try?

    Thanks in advance

Epson suggest you only buy their cartridges and don't use continuous ink systems on their printers!
