last week i turned on my pc and windows(xp) failed to open ..a blue screen appeared sayin "a problem has been deteced and windows cannot open to protect your computer" it says stop error or something like that i tried restarting but same problem. i have lots of photos of our new baby on it and thats all i really need from it. i can restore the pc as new but how do i get my photos then can someone help please
Hi jose07 It seems that you have the classic BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). It can be because of a infection or hardware problem. I will recommend a hardware check first. The easiest way is to get one at your local computer store. Best Regards
