windows drivers

    help! i accidentally removed the drivers for 2 of my dvd-rom drives and now the drives won't work! i've downloaded the drivers from the drives websites but i can't get them to work because windows won't let me update the drivers! what can i do?

    Hi Vinnied,

    I would suggest a system restore back to before the accident.

    is there an exclamation mark in device manager or an error code like 39?

    thanks for the sugg but system restore didn't work and exclamation point shows up uner device manager
