Problem with Dual DLCD3221 hdmi Lcd please help!

    I have a Dual DLCD3221 and recently i'v noticed that the sound keeps going into a weird mode. The problem is after turning on my tv the bass part of the sound is too loud and sounds awful though the normal sound stays fine. But for the first few minutes of turning on the tv the bass and sound is fine which means the speaker itself is fine.
    so could this be a software fault or something and would there be anyway to fix it. also the tv is out of warrenty :(
