where else can i find GC info?

what gives? i have had posts here for over a month and no one seems to be answering.it just seems like i have tried everything possible. i have 3 different GC consoles and 4 new lasers and 2 used lasers. i have the pot set from 160 -230 ohm i have spindles and spindles of ritek, TY, verbatum + and - dvds. i have even used 2 computers with 2 burners. i have tried different burning software and different speeds.

i cant seem to get any backups to reliably and consistantly work. is there any other GC forums?

 

You are using a soft mod or chip, right?

 

it is the soldered on chip the xeno. the one with no wires that attaches directly to the PCB

 

The Xeno is an OK "no frills" chip. Are you sure that it's installed properly? I had to attach wires to my Xeno and then solder it in before it would work properly for me.
