hi cable some times moves channels around so i keep finding my sci-fi channel will not work go to the channels which is not working and do a manual scan if you still can not get it do a network scan you will find any moved channels at the end of you channels list i am using a old starview so i can not tell you how to do this with the box but there is info on this site i press menu installation press ok manual scan press ok any were
