nope...you cant cheat in runescape, unless you play on private (non-jaqex) servers... and never believe the "give me your name and password and ill give you rare items" scams in or out of the game...
first you got to find a server that suites you...for example: A server that lets you item spawn or a server that starts you off with 999 million gp...You can find servers and their websites here. Then all you do is register at their site, download and install their client, start the game, log in using the username and pass you used to register at their site and tada!
there are no cheats in rune scape and u can´t also hack it, the closest thing there is is macros and bots, that you just need to progamme to do your tasks for you, but RS has ways to find the macroers and you can get banned!!! If you still want to do this just google for Rs bots or RS macros Advice: better don't go to far away from the pc so u can stop your bot or macro when a random event comes out, because it is one of the ways that runescae as to find macroers
