Macbook hard drive back up

    hi i want to formate my macbook's hard drive im running tiger and i want to run windows on it but i can't use boot camp so i was going to formate my hard drive and add a partition. is there a way to back up your entire hard drive in to maybe an iso or something that is very easy to copy back to my new hard drive

    external hard drive would be the easyest to do

    Ok problem..

    You cannot use windows bootcamp under mac os x tiger anymore apple has blocked the beta version that people where using to install windows on tiger so you need leopard now sorry.

    i already have my mac drivers i made it when bootcamp first came out but im just going to use the disk utility on my recovery disk and make 2 partitions one for mac osx and one for windows.

    okay i have a portable hard drive so i think thats what i'll do thanks
