hi, i have convertxtodvd and it was workin fine the i went to it the other day, tried to convert a film. it converted but came up that i needed to put in an empty disc. i tried 3 or 4 disc but the burn button stayed grey. i uninstalled it then re-installed it and it is still doing it. i cant do any dvds? any ideas? please/ many thanks
Does Windows still recognize the DVD burner. If you click 'My Computer' is the drive still shown. If you put a DVD containing data (a movie or other files) are they listed.
