Starview no signal help

Hi this is my first post but im no stranger to the forum.
Ive been using starview eurovox box's for a couple of years now.
The problem im having is with a genuine starview 1 box,On the setup process when i get to scan channels part im getting no signal at all i know im getting a feed because my eurovox box works fine.
Im in the tyne and wear area and my cable supplier is v**gin.
I would really appreciate any advice/help

make sure u plug it into cable input=basic mistake as i did it myself too.

 

Yes its plugged in the correct socket.

 

Try a scan on a different provider & see if that works.

 

Sorry for the late reply,i tried changing providers and a factory reset.

I have managed to fix the problem by replacing the c11 capacitor on the power board.

Maybe the same fix will work for anyone else who has the same problem.
