Try scanning with the internal signal booster on and then off, failing that,

Take out any splitters from the main feed so there is nothing but your box pluged in.

    If this doesnt work,
Whats your location and provider? also Menu-Config-System info.

    Type that back to us.

Also noticed today that some channels flicker and glitch, however when I pull the signal cable out of the back of the box and just leave it touching the connection ever so slightly they are fine, is this because the signal is too strong? If so, will I need to buy some conditioning filters to resolve? Thanks again.

Have you checked the RF connector on your coax connection, is it loose or badly terminated?

Are you plugged into the direct feed or via a splitter?

A splitter that feeds bb connection.

Got the channel now, it seems that I was missing all Ch's on the freq 538MHz, however after clearing all ch data, doing a factory reset and re-scanning with signal booster on, I have them back again. (I also tweaked the MHz ranges that it searched to/from, I don't know if this made any difference, I changed them from 100 - 870 to 000 - 900).

If this happens again and a search is done and the 538MHz range is not picked up, can I do this manually?

Thanks for all your help with this!

    Menu-installation-User installation-ok-type 0000 then Update Channels,

Or a quicker method if you know the frequency thats missing channels is,

Menu-installation-User installation-ok-type 0000, you will now see all your Freq's, highlight the freqs thats missing channels then press ok so a "Tick apears" then press Manual Scan (the Blue button) it will then search for channels on that TP.
