I need to get into a windows vista computer with a password that I do not know. what can i do to access it without the password and without erasing the files on the computer?????? please help I really need to get on this computer.
if it's the windows admin logon password, that's easy to reset with this free password reset bootcd. I've used it to reset the password on xp but it can also reset the password on vista. http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/ If you have a laptop, and the password is the BIOS password, than that requires you to shortout the eeprom chip, that's more complicated.
